Section 124 — Nature of copyright in films

For the purposes of this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, copyright in a film is the exclusive right to do all or any of the following acts:

(a)to make a copy of the film;

(b)to cause the visual images of the film to be seen in public;

(c)to cause any sounds of the film to be heard in public;

(d)to communicate the film to the public.
