§ 124 — Nature of copyright in films

124. For the purposes of this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, copyright in a film is the exclusive right to do all or any of the following acts:(a)

to make a copy of the film;

(b)

to cause the visual images of the film to be seen in public;

(c)

to cause any sounds of the film to be heard in public;

(d)

to communicate the film to the public.
