§ 32 — Where is a broadcast made

32. A broadcast is made at —(a)

the place from which the relevant visual images or sounds (or both) are broadcast; and

(b)

in the case of direct broadcasting by satellite — the place from which the relevant visual images or sounds (or both) are transmitted to the satellite transponder.
