§ 33 — When is a broadcast made

33. A broadcast is made at —(a)

the time when the relevant visual images or sounds (or both) are broadcast; and

(b)

in the case of direct broadcasting by satellite — the time when the relevant visual images or sounds (or both) are transmitted to the satellite transponder.
