§ 77 — Who is a qualified individual

77. An individual is a “qualified individual” if he or she is —(a)

a Singapore citizen;

(b)

a Singapore resident; or

(c)

an individual who, if he or she had been alive on 1 November 1957, would have qualified for Singapore citizenship under the repealed Singapore Citizenship Ordinance 1957 (Ord. 35 of 1957).
