§ 79 — Who is a Singapore resident

79. An individual is a “Singapore resident” if he or she is —(a)

resident in Singapore; or

(b)

residing in Singapore under a valid pass lawfully issued to him or her under the Immigration Act 1959 to enter and remain in Singapore for any purpose other than a temporary purpose.
