§ 81 — What is a prescribed international organisation
81.—(1) Regulations may prescribe international organisations for the purposes of this Act.(2) A “prescribed international organisation” is an international organisation prescribed under subsection (1) and includes —(a)
an organ of, or office within, the organisation; and
(b)
a commission, council or other body established by the organisation or organ.
(3) In this section, “international organisation” means an organisation —(a)
of which 2 or more countries, or the governments of 2 or more countries, are members; or
(b)
that is constituted by persons representing —(i)
2 or more countries; or
(ii)
the governments of 2 or more countries.
