Section 82 — Legal capacity of prescribed international organisation

(1)A prescribed international organisation has, and is deemed to have had at all material times, the legal capacity of a body corporate for the purposes of —

(a)holding, dealing with and enforcing copyright; and

(b)all legal proceedings relating to copyright.

(2)This section does not limit any legal capacity that a prescribed international organisation has under any other written law.
