§ 82 — Legal capacity of prescribed international organisation

82.—(1) A prescribed international organisation has, and is deemed to have had at all material times, the legal capacity of a body corporate for the purposes of —(a)

holding, dealing with and enforcing copyright; and

(b)

all legal proceedings relating to copyright.

(2) This section does not limit any legal capacity that a prescribed international organisation has under any other written law.
