§ 85 — Who is a person with a print disability

85. A person is a “person with a print disability” if he or she —(a)

is blind;

(b)

has severely impaired sight;

(c)

is unable to hold or manipulate books;

(d)

is unable to focus or move his or her eyes; or

(e)

has a perceptual handicap.
