§ 86 — What is an institution aiding persons with print disabilities

86. An “institution aiding persons with print disabilities” is an institution —(a)

whose main functions include providing relevant material to persons with print disabilities;

(b)

that is formed, incorporated or established in Singapore; and

(c)

that is prescribed as an institution aiding persons with print disabilities.
