§ 91 — What is a public collection

91. A “public collection” is —(a)

the National Archives;

(b)

the collections of the National Heritage Board prescribed to be public collections by the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Board;

(c)

the permanent collection of a library; or

(d)

an archive.
