s 28 Administrative matters
28.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any investigation or action to be conducted or taken under this Act or any regulations made under this Act is to be conducted or taken by any person authorised in writing by the Minister.
(2) If any question arises as to whether any particular goods are or are not included in any notification given under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, the Minister must determine the scope of the notification after giving interested parties an opportunity to comment on the scope of the notification.
