Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1996 s 29

s 29 Protection from personal liability

29. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person authorised under this Act for or on account of or, in respect of, anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
