s 32A Documents, etc., to be in English
32A.—(1) Every document that a society is required to furnish or submit to, or lodge with, the Registrar must be in the English language or, if the document or any part of it is not in the English language, be accompanied by an accurate translation in the English language of that document or part.[3/2018] (2) The committee of management of the society must ensure the accuracy of the translation mentioned in subsection (1).[3/2018] (3) Where any document or part of a document which a society is required to keep under this Act is not in the English language, the committee of management of the society must —(a) cause an accurate translation in the English language of that document or part (as the case may be) to be made not later than 30 days after the document is made or received by the society; and (b) cause the translation to be kept with that document for so long as that document is required under this Act to be kept by the society.[3/2018] (4) In this section, “document” includes an account, a book or a record.[3/2018]
