38. The persons who sign an application for the registration of a proposed society or a society, trade union or platform work association on whose behalf the application for the registration of a proposed society is signed is deemed to have agreed to become members of the society and, on registration of the society, must be entered in the register of members.[Act 30 of 2024 wef 01/11/2024]
