s 52 First meeting

52.—(1) Every society must within 3 months after receipt of the notice of registration, unless the time is extended by the Registrar, hold a first meeting of its members. (2) The business of the first meeting must include the election of officers who must serve until the first annual general meeting and are eligible for re-election.
