92.—(1) Despite anything in section 91, the Registrar at any time when proceeding to a decision under this Act, or the Minister at any time when an appeal has been referred to the Minister against a decision of the Registrar under this Act, may refer any question of law arising out of the decision for the opinion of the General Division of the High Court.[40/2019] (2) Such Judge or Judges sitting in the General Division of the High Court, as the Chief Justice may direct, may consider and determine any question of law so referred, and the opinion given on that question is final and conclusive.[40/2019]
