Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990 s 26

s 26 Jurisdiction of Courts

26. Despite the provisions of any written law to the contrary, a Magistrate’s Court or a District Court has jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and has power to impose the full punishment for any such offence.[24/2012]
