s 31O Recovery of connection charge and tariff

31O.—(1) The connection charge that is payable under section 31M may be recovered by the Agency as a civil debt due to the Agency.[48/2018] (2) The tariff that is payable under section 31N may be recovered as a civil debt due to the DPWCS licensee mentioned in that section.[48/2018]
