s 31T Exemption from distress and attachment, etc.

31T. The air and ventilation networks and refuse pipeline networks of a DPWCS licensee are not subject to distress and are not liable to be taken in execution under any process of a court in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against any person, or under or pursuant to any enforcement order, without the prior written approval of the Minister.[48/2018] [Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
