41.—(1) Any person who uses a vehicle for the transportation of food must ensure that the surface of the vehicle with which the food is likely to come into contact is kept in a state of cleanliness, good order and condition so as to prevent any risk of contamination of the food. (2) The Director-General, Food Administration may, by written notice, require any person who uses a vehicle to transport food to use or install in or on the vehicle any device or equipment as he or she thinks fit to ensure that the food carried in or on the vehicle will not be contaminated.[11/2019]
