s 80I Form and validity of cleaning business licence
80I.—(1) Every cleaning business licence —(a) must be in such form as the Director‑General may determine; (b) must contain the conditions subject to which it was granted; and[Act 5 of 2023 wef 01/01/2024] (c) is valid for the period stated therein unless it is earlier revoked under section 80J.[Act 5 of 2023 wef 01/01/2024] (d) [Deleted by Act 5 of 2023 wef 01/01/2024][15/2014] (1A) Every cleaning business licence (other than a prescribed class of cleaning business licence) may be renewed upon its expiry.[Act 5 of 2023 wef 01/01/2024] (2) Sections 80F, 80G and 80H apply, with the necessary modifications, to the renewal and an application for the renewal of a cleaning business licence.[15/2014]
