72.—(1) Sections 68 and 69 do not apply —(a) to the employment of children and young persons —(i) in work approved and supervised by the Ministry of Education or the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore; and (ii) carried on in any technical, vocational or industrial training school or institute; and (b) to the employment of young persons under any apprenticeship programme approved and supervised by the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore.
