s 212 Tenure of appointment

212.—(1) Every appointment as a certified pesticide operator under this Subdivision is in force for the period specified in the appointment —(a) except when it is suspended under section 213(2); and (b) unless it is earlier cancelled under section 213(1). (2) The period specified in any appointment under this Subdivision must not exceed 3 years.
