s 337 Amendment of section 31
337. In the Control of Plants Act 1993, in section 31 —(a) in subsection (1)(a), replace “section 7 or 10;” with “section 10; or”; (b) in subsection (1), delete paragraph (b); (c) in subsection (3), replace “section 7 or 10” with “section 10”; (d) in subsection (3), delete “, including but not limited to the conditions necessary or related to ensuring a secure and reliable supply in Singapore of any fresh fruits or vegetables”; (e) delete subsection (4); (f) in subsection (7)(c), delete “, unless it is a permit under section 8,”; and (g) in subsection (8), replace “section 7 or 10” with “section 10”.
