Geographical Indications Act 2014 s 65

s 65 Disposal of seized goods

65. If the importer or exporter (as the case may be) does not take custody of the seized goods within the period specified in the notice after the notification by the Director‑General of the release of the goods to the importer or exporter (as the case may be), the Director‑General may dispose of the goods —(a) in the manner prescribed by rules made under this Act; or (b) if no manner of disposal is so prescribed, as the Director‑General directs.[Act 34 of 2018 wef 21/11/2022]
