s 74 Protection from personal liability
74. No liability shall lie personally against the Director‑General, an authorised officer, a senior authorised officer, or any person acting under the direction of the Director‑General for anything done or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the course of or in connection with —(a) the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Part; (b) the performance or purported performance of any function or the discharge or purported discharge of any duty under this Part; or (c) the compliance or purported compliance with this Part.[Act 34 of 2018 wef 21/11/2022]
