s 75 Registration to be prima facie evidence
75. In all legal proceedings relating to a registered geographical indication or any right thereunder (including proceedings for rectification of the register) —(a)
the register is prima facie evidence of anything contained therein; and
(b)
the registration of a registered geographical indication is prima facie evidence that the grounds referred to in section 41 are absent.
