s 5 Advisory committees
5.—(1) The Minister may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such persons as the Minister thinks fit to appoint for the purpose of advising the Minister on any matter arising out of the administration of this Act.
(2) The Director‑General may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such persons as the Director‑General thinks fit to appoint for the purpose of advising the Director‑General on any matter arising out of the administration, functions and enforcement of this Act.[Act 11 of 2023 wef 01/05/2023]
