s 33 Court may alter or modify or approve scheme
33.—(1) After the expiration of one month from the time when the notice was given, the application shall be heard on a day to be fixed by the General Division of the High Court.[42/2005; 40/2019] (2) At the hearing of the application, the General Division of the High Court shall consider any objections so made, and may, if it thinks fit, alter or modify the scheme according to any such objections, and after all the objections have been made, the General Division of the High Court may proceed to approve the scheme and to certify it in the manner hereinafter mentioned.
