s 34 Schemes when approved to be certified by Court
34.—(1) Every scheme approved by the General Division of the High Court shall be certified by it, and for that purpose shall be embodied in a certificate to be made and signed by the General Division of the High Court.[40/2019] (2) A copy of that certificate shall be exhibited at some convenient place in which the endowment in question is wholly or partially situated. (3) From the date of that certificate, the property and the funds of the endowment shall be applied, and the endowment shall be managed, in accordance with the scheme thereby certified.
