s 75 False or misleading information, statement or document, etc.
75.—(1) A person must not make any statement, or provide any information or document, under this Act that the person knows to be false or misleading in any material particular. (2) A person must not intentionally alter, suppress, dispose or destroy any document or information which the person is required to provide under this Act. (3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
