s 76 Penalty for obstructing or hindering Authority

76.—(1) A person must not obstruct or hinder —(a) the Authority or a member of the Authority; (b) a committee of the Authority or a committee member; or (c) the Chief Executive, or an employee or delegate of the Authority, in the performance of any function or the exercise of any power under this Act. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
