Institute of Technical Education Act 1992 s 14

s 14 Directions by Minister

14.—(1) The Minister may, after consulting the Board, give to the Institute any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.[5/2018] (2) The Board must give the Minister such information or facilities for obtaining information with regard to the exercise of its powers and functions in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
