s 9 Vacation of office
9. The office of a member is vacated if the member —(a)
becomes mentally disordered and incapable of managing himself or herself or his or her affairs;
(b)
is adjudicated a bankrupt;
(c)
is convicted of an offence involving dishonesty or fraud;
(d)
fails to attend, without leave of the Board, 3 consecutive meetings of the Board; or
(e)
resigns from his or her office.[21/2008]
