s 65B General exemption

65B.—(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Medical Council, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act, either generally or in a particular case and subject to such conditions as the Minister may impose. (2) This section does not affect section 66.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022]
