s 66 Exemption for ships’ surgeons

66. All ships’ surgeons while in discharge of their duties relating to the treatment of cabin crew and passengers on board are —(a) exempted from registration and from compliance with section 13 relating to practising certificate; and (b) entitled to all the privileges of registered medical practitioners under this Act.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022]
