s 70A Rules relating to Disciplinary Commission and Disciplinary Tribunals

70A. The Minister may make rules —(a) to provide for matters relating to the Disciplinary Commission; and (b) to regulate the practice and procedure of Disciplinary Tribunals, including enabling Disciplinary Tribunals to order discovery or inspection of documents for the purpose of any proceedings before them.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022]
