s 71 Amendment of Schedules

71.—(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Medical Council, by order amend the First or Second Schedule.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022] (2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such saving or transitional provision as may be necessary or expedient.[Act 34 of 2020 wef 01/07/2022]
