s 74 Term of office of member appointed or elected to take place of existing member

74.—(1) Despite section 4(2), a person appointed or elected after 24 January 2003 as a member of the Medical Council to take the place of a member of the Medical Council who was appointed or elected before that date and whose term of office has expired, holds office for a term that is determined by the Minister by order in the Gazette. (2) The Minister may determine a term of office that is at least 6 months and not more than 40 months.
