s 53 Amendment of Registration of Criminals Act 1949
53. In the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, in the First Schedule —(a)
in Part 1A, in the item relating to section 298A, after “298A”, insert “(as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 52 of the Maintenance of Racial Harmony Act 2025)”; and
(b)
after Part 10, insert —“Part 11
OFFENCES UNDER OTHER LAWS INCLUDED
WITH EFFECT FROM DATE OF COMMENCEMENT
OF SECTIONS 39 AND 40 OF THE MAINTENANCE OF
RACIAL HARMONY ACT 2025
