Maintenance of Racial Harmony Act 2025 s 54

s 54 Amendment of Trade Disputes Act 1941

54. In the Trade Disputes Act 1941, in section 15(4A), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b) applies to an act that is an offence under —(i) section 39 or 40 of the Maintenance of Racial Harmony Act 2025; (ii) section 17E or 17F of the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act 1990; or (iii) section 267C or 505 of the Penal Code 1871.”.
