s 6 Meetings of Council
6.—(1) The Council must hold such meetings as are necessary for performing its functions.
(2) The Chairperson must appoint the times and places of the meetings of the Council, and cause notice of those meetings to be given to each member of the Council not present when the appointment is made.
(3) The meetings of the Council must be held in accordance with the provisions of this Act and Part 4 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.[Act 3 of 2026 wef 01/08/2026]
