National Council of Social Service Act 1992 s 7

s 7 Quorum

7.—(1) The quorum for a meeting of the Council is the higher of the following:(a) one-third of the number of members; (b) 7 members. (2) No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Council if a quorum is not present.[Act 3 of 2026 wef 01/08/2026]
