s 21 Transfer of employees

21.—(1) As from 1 July 1996, such persons employed immediately before that date in the Parks and Recreation Department as the Minister may determine are transferred to the service of the Board on terms no less favourable than those enjoyed by them immediately prior to their transfer. (2) The provisions relating to the transfer of employees set out in the Third Schedule have effect.
