Newspaper and Printing Presses Act 1974 s 28

s 28 Subscription of declared foreign newspapers

28.—(1) A person must not subscribe to any declared foreign newspaper except through a distributor who is authorised by the Minister. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
