s 399 Making preparation to commit gang-robbery
399. Whoever makes any preparation for committing gang‑robbery, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years and not more than 10 years and shall also be liable to caning.[Act 21 of 2025 wef 17/08/2026]
