s 400 Punishment for belonging to gang-robbers
400. Whoever shall belong to a gang of persons associated for the purpose of habitually committing gang‑robbery, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years, and shall also be liable to caning.[Act 21 of 2025 wef 17/08/2026]
