s 401 Punishment for belonging to gang of thieves
401. Whoever shall belong to any gang of persons associated for the purpose of habitually committing theft or robbery, and not being gang-robbers, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years.[15/2019] [Act 21 of 2025 wef 17/08/2026]
