Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation Funds Act 2014 s 11

s 11 Dissolution of Funds

11. Upon dissolution of any of the Funds during any term of office of the Government (within the meaning of the Constitution), the balance of such moneys remaining in that Fund must be transferred to the Consolidated Fund and be added to the reserves of the Government not accumulated by it during that term of office.[16/2019]
