Protection from Harassment Act 2014 s 16C

s 16C Person who may appeal

16C. The persons who may appeal against a decision made by any court in relation to the following orders are —(a) in the case of a protection order —(i) the applicant for the order; (ii) the relevant party in relation to the order; or (iii) if the protection order requires an internet intermediary to disable access to a third party’s communication, or an administrator to stop the publication of a third party’s communication, that third party;[Act 23 of 2025 wef 29/06/2026] (b) in the case of a mandatory treatment order —(i) the applicant for the order; or (ii) the respondent; and (c) in the case of a stop publication order, a correction order, a disabling order, a targeted correction order, a stop publication (administrator) order, a correction (administrator) order or a general correction order — (i) the applicant for the order; (ii) the relevant party in relation to the order; (iii) the author of the relevant statement to which the order relates; or (iv) an individual or entity that published the relevant statement to which the order relates.[17/2019] [Act 23 of 2025 wef 29/06/2026]
